We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
Inside Dhaka
Delivery Time: Within 48 Hours
Shipping Charge: ৳70
Outside Dhaka
Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days
Shipping Charge: ৳110
Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related delays.
Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
To ensure a secure and transparent purchasing experience, we do not accept:

Returns & Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative upon delivery.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The package is inspected upon delivery.
- The issue is reported before the delivery representative leaves.
- The product is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.
If the order is accepted, paid for, and the delivery is completed, the sale is considered final and the product becomes non-returnable.
This policy helps protect both customers and our business, as fragrance products can be tampered with, adulterated, or substituted after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for any product that arrives:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly fulfilled
If any of the above occurs, please inspect the package upon delivery and notify the delivery representative immediately. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Fragrance Selection
Fragrance preference is highly personal and subjective. We encourage customers to review fragrance notes, accords, descriptions, and independent references before purchasing.
Returns cannot be accepted solely because a customer dislikes a fragrance after accepting delivery.
